'nother day, 'nother challenge :) Play Date Cafe # 76

Here's this week's challenge over at Play Date Cafe. If you have never been over, I can't encourage you enough to grab yourself a cup of coffee, tea ... tequila, whatever and head over for some serious inspiration! Super talented people creating gorgeous cards and layouts! :)

I am kind of overwhelmed in the busy dept this week but Play Date is one of my favs and I just had to play so I decided to keep it really simple ... low and behold I have come up with a card that will not (sit down if you get faint easily) require extra postage!! Get this: it's a flat, folded piece of card stock with nothing more than ink on it! I KNOW! Crazy! And I don't even have tequila in my cup or anything! ;)

I am actually quite thrilled with how this turned out ... I sat down with this set and my scratch pad ... had the intention of designing myself some more custom patterned paper ... like my Easter egg  paper ... was doing all these linear patterns when I decided to see what it would look like in a circle. Thought the effect was neat and then decided it could maybe even stand alone ... what do you think!?! The light blue, sky blue, is actually a little square with a frame around it ... different eh? All stamps are Verve and all ink and my single sheet of card stock is CTMH  ♥

Have I told you today how much I appreciate it when you leave a comment?
Truly, it makes my day!
I hope you have a delightful day and a beautiful weekend packed full of
love and laughter and many blessings!

Love it Michele, what a fabulous wreath design! Just by looking at the stamp set, I would have never figured out how to make a wreath, nor would that idea have ever entered my mind...but after seeing what you've done with it, I would certainly try that! It's beautiful! The colors are perfect and the one layer? Super CREATIVE! Thanks for playing along with us at the Play Date Cafe!

This is delightful - I just love it when people take single stamps and create beautiful images and you've done that perfectly. Great job and thanks for playing at The Cafe.
